Occupational Therapy Support

What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational therapy focuses on helping people participate in the activities that are meaningful and important to them in everyday life.

This may include support with emotional regulation, sensory processing, independence, routines, school participation, daily living skills, wellbeing, and engagement in home, educational, community, or work environments.

Occupational therapists consider the whole person, including their strengths, needs, environment, and individual goals, to provide practical and person-centred support.
