I offer reflective and supportive clinical supervision for occupational therapists and other professionals working within neurodevelopmental, educational, community, and complex clinical settings. Alongside my clinical work, I have held senior leadership positions including Service Lead and Lead of Allied Health Professionals, with extensive experience supporting staff development, clinical reasoning, professional reflection, and multidisciplinary working. 

My approach to supervision is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in both clinical and leadership experience. I aim to provide a supportive space for reflection, professional growth, discussion of complex cases, and development of confidence within practice.
